Introducing Ealing Foodbank

Ealing Foodbank, part of the nationwide Trussell Trust, believe that no one in our community should go hungry. That's why the team provide three days' worth of nutritionally balance emergency food to local people. Funded by local churches and community groups, the foodbank is working to stop hunger.

Last year Ealing foodbank served 31,900 people and 41.7% of those were under 16.

The charity is a lifeline to so many families in and around our local area. Every month Ealing Foodbank serves over 3,000 people across their 7 foodbank centres. Over 12,475 kilograms of food and other essentials were also donated by the community to support those in crisis. For the year April 2021 to March 2022, Ealing Foodbank was the busiest Trussell foodbank in Greater London.

At Palletline London we believe that our local people should have access to proper food. We have set up a donation station on-site and work with our own customers, colleagues and the local community to donate food and drink. Additionally, we support with the foodbank's logistics needs - recently joining them for a donation drive at three local supermarkets.

In addition to groceries, the foodbank also desperately needs funding to ensure they can buy supplies to meet demand. We have set up a Just Giving Page to continually help raise the vital funds required to keep this essential charity running and supporting our local people.
