Palletline London Employees Pass their NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service with Flying Colours

Here at Palletline we recognise that our people are at the very heart of our success and are our greatest asset.  Working cooperatively with training partners we aim to develop a core training and development programme to grow the skills of our team. As such, we would like to take the opportunity to congratulate Louise Farren, Mina Patel and Bridget Allan who have all successfully completed their NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service.

All three of them were already a credit to our London depot, always ensuring the utmost care and attention when dealing with our Customers and fellow Members and this achievement can only enhance our offering further. Louise has been with the business three years and recently received a well-earned promotion to Customer Service Supervisor. Louise is also our resident IT expert on anything Stirling and Contrado related. Mina has recently celebrated ten years with the business, her wealth of knowledge on the Palletline Charter and anything claims related is invaluable to the team. Bridget is a key member of the Customer Service team, always ensuring our POD KPI’s are in the green! A big thank you must go to Narinder from Seetec for tutoring and mentoring the team through their exams.”
